Audrey Miller, LCSW

(she/her)

I’ve found a passion for working with individuals that struggle with lifelong self-esteem issues, relational difficulties, and traumatic family histories that lead them to often question if they are “good enough”.

In therapy, I help clients better understand where these patterns come from and how they continue to shape the way they see themselves and relate to others, while also developing practical, present-focused skills they can use to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in their day-to-day lives.

The goal of treatment is to address these challenges and work towards building healthier and more fulfilling relationships, as well as a more confident self.

If you see yourself in any of this, I encourage you to reach out so we can talk about what you’re experiencing and whether therapy might be a good fit for you.
